Ronan Keating has taken to social media to announce his latest big news.
In a post on Instagram the musician said he was incredibly excited to announce the arrival. “We’re all bursting with love for the newest little member of our family! Feeling very blessed to be daddy to this little man and the luckiest man in the world to be husband to such a strong, loving and warm-hearted woman and add to my beautiful family.” The post accompanied an image of his wife Storm holding their son.
Storm followed with post on her own Instagram account, showing an excited Ronan holding the newborn with the comment ‘First squeeze’.
From songs like When You Say Nothing At All that appeared in the 1999 movie Notting Hill, to the early days as lead singer for Boyzone, Ronan has had a strong career in the music industry. He has also been a judge on X Factor and a coast on The Voice. He is also a charity campaigner for the Marie Keating Foundation, named after his mother who died of breast cancer in 1998.
Ronan met Storm on the set of X Factor in Australia in 2010 while he was a judge and she was the producer. At the time they were just friends and both married to other people. When both their marriages broke up they started dating a few months later and got engaged and then married in 2015.
Ronan has three other children, aged 17, 15 and 11 to his first wife.
