At 76 Tina Turner is an inspiration to us all!

Can you believe Tina Turner is 76? The proud, strong singer who so famously overcame an abusive relationship is as glamorous as ever, still giving back and, yes, still rocking the world with her soulful anthems.

Tina’s latest project was being photographed by Bryan Adams (yes, the singer) for the 2016 calendar from the Hear The World Foundation, which runs an ongoing campaign to raise awareness about hearing loss, particularly in children.

She is one of 12 stars to appear in the calendar, each adopting the Hear the World conscious hearing pose.

While Tina is technically ‘happily retired’ for the past few years, she has released a few compilation albums, including one of her best ballads, called Love Songs. 

Tina turned 76 earlier this week and to celebrate we thought we’d find one of her timeless classic videos… but then we saw this.

This is a live performance from five years ago and it has us absolutely gobsmacked. Who says you can’t shake yourself silly in stilettos when you’re 70? Not Tina Turner.
