Edwina Bartholomew sported a beautiful pregnancy glow in a new photo shoot as she revealed her growing baby bump to the world.
The Sunrise presenter looked incredible in white as she cradled her bump in several gorgeous shots published in Who magazine.
A gorgeous smile was plastered across the mother-to-be’s face, as she looked full of joy about the impending arrival of her first child with husband Neil Varcoe.
In one image shared by Edwina on Instagram, the 35-year-old can be seen looking happily down at her bump, as her pretty white and black polka-dot dress flows gracefully to the ground.
“Doing a Meghan Markle in @whomagazine,” she wrote alongside the gorgeous photo. “Thanks to the lovely team for such a nice day and allowing me to pretend this fancy waterfront house is mine.”
Meanwhile, the magazine also shared a number of snaps on its Twitter page including one of Edwina in the same frock, but this time smiling at the camera.
Another showed her sitting comfortably on a couch in a pale pink knit, with her hands again placed on her bump.
“When you finally get to trying to get pregnant, there’s all these logistics you have to work out, like timing and it’s only really two, three days a month [you can fall pregnant]. It completely sapped the romance out of getting pregnant.”
Edwina added: “But you know, I’m 35 – time’s ticking!”.
The journalist announced her pregnancy on air around a month ago, surprising her co-stars with a scan of the growing baby on the program.
“I have a bit of an announcement myself!” she said, after cutting off her fellow presenters during their morning discussion.
As a clearly shocked Kochie looked at her, she added: “The girls already know, but Kochie surprise…”
Fans rushed to share their well wishes, with one writing: “Congratulations Eddie. You’re gonna make such a lovely mother,” while another added: “So so happy for you. You are so blooming. X.”
