She’s renowned for looking her very best at all times and Sophie Wessex’s latest outfit choice was no different as she stepped out in a striking blush pink dress for her latest official royal engagement in Forfar, Scotland, alongside her husband Prince Edward — their first visit since their new Scottish titles — the Earl and Countess of Forfar — were announced.
The prince was gifted with the shiny new royal title from the Queen for his birthday in March.
Showing her thrifty side once again, the Countess of Forfar, as she’s known in Scotland, recycled a stunning pink Gabriela Hearst dress, which she wore during her tour of India in May, coupling the midi-length frock with a white Prada jacket and a pair of tan heels.
Wearing her blonde locks in her signature style — pulled back into a loose chignon — Sophie looked effortlessly glamorous for the occasion.
But it was her glowing smiles and fits of giggles that made her stand out more than ever this time round, as the countess was pictured laughing with her husband, who donned a traditional kilt, throughout their joint visit.

During the visit, the royal couple learned about the work of Guide Dogs Scotland, watched a highland dancing display, traditional Scottish dancing, and visited St John’s Episcopal Church, where the Queen Mother, the earl’s grandmother, was confirmed.
Sophie’s glamorous appearance comes just a few days after she stepped out in a long blue skirt featuring flowers in green, maroon and pale purple as she met with kids from the Sparhawk Infant and Nursery school at the Royal Norfolk Show in England last week.
Looking as lovely as ever, the mother-of-two perfected the ensemble with an off-white blouse and a bold red jacket. She complemented this with lace-up light brown wedge heels and accessorised with a pair of pretty pearl earrings, a thin silver necklace and a gold broach pinned to her chest.
