Garlic chicken in creamy parmesan sauce

This delicious comfort food will have absolutely everyone who tries it going back for seconds! Not only is the flavour mouthwateringly good but it’s so quick and easy to whip up that you won’t have to spend longer than 20 minutes in the kitchen.

With the perfect aroma and flavour that comes from pairing together garlic and parmesan, cook this in bulk and serve it over some pasta with a side of crusty bread to serve up to a crowd of hungry guests, and you can be assured they won’t be disappointed!


  • 4 small-medium chicken breasts or 2 large halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup spinach chopped


  1. Heat olive oil in large heavy-based frying pan. Season chicken well with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan. Cook for 5-6 minute on both sides or until outside is golden and chicken is completely cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken from pan, reduce heat to low-medium. Add garlic. Stir for 30 seconds. Stir in cream, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Stir in 1 cup of chopped spinach. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Return chicken to pan. Simmer for another minute. Remove from heat. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve.
