The crispy, crunchy and cheesy bites are completely irresistible and make a great addition to the menu at this time of year when friends and family are gathering together to share a tipple and good food. While they look quite fancy when served up to guests on a pretty tray with garnish, they’re incredibly easy to make and are bursting with flavour thanks to the addition of bacon and mozzarella.
