Two men are waiting for appointments with their insurance claims adjuster.

They begin to chat and soon learn they have a common bond. The first one says: “My restaurant was wiped out by a fire, everything inside was wrecked.”

The second one nods solemnly and replies: “Mine was taken out by a flood, total loss too.”

The first one pauses for a moment and then asks: “How do you start a flood?”
