About Christina Janka

Christina wants to be an influence on like-minded over-60s still wanting to see ageing as positive and life-affirming. She says although over-60s may be invisible to the general public, “we are the glue in our families”. Christina’s path has been through teaching corporate jobs, working with migrants and end-of-life services for community health. She has raised six thriving adult children and is not ready for the rocking chair on the verandah, good health permitting. Christina has an ‘I Can’ attitude and a good sense of humour, taking her a long way to personal satisfaction.
