Don’t be embarrassed, get on down!

Apr 03, 2017

This is a common issue according to many physiotherapists, who say one of the most pressing issues clients present with is the inability to easily get down to the ground and up again.

But there is an exercise you can do to help with the issue, and with repetition this workout will get easier.

It is important to do these actions on a non-slip surface and with a sturdy chair, because you’re going to be leaning a lot on the chair when you first start doing this exercise.

Difficulty in getting up and down is a normal part of ageing so there’s no need to be embarrassed, and with the right exercise you can make big improvements to your abilities.
